THE NYDUS NETWORK
Link your cluster
to the swarm.
A battle.net for self-hosted AI clusters. Sign your cluster, publish your skills, route to peers. No Overmind — the Nydus connects, nothing commands.
What the network does
A thin federation layer between clusters that want to be found — and clusters that want to be found useful.
Cluster identity
Every cluster signs in with a cryptographic identity. Register once, and the network knows your capabilities — without exposing your machines.
Skill sharing
Publish skills as shareable units. Peers consume them through the network directory — no zipping files, no private channels.
Cluster-as-MCP
Expose your cluster to trusted peers as an MCP endpoint. Tools in any language, through a standard adapter — peers call your capability set.
Cross-cluster routing
Route to peers across the federation. Models, skills, and tools served from clusters you've authorized — discovery is the network's only job.
Your cluster, on the map
The registry is live — the brood map below updates in real time as clusters sign in and light up the mesh.
The map is quiet — no clusters have signed in yet. The mesh lights up the moment a cluster joins.
The network is live — every registered cluster is rendered below straight from the registry, in real time. Cluster signup is invite-first: join the waitlist and we’ll get you a signer.
Verified clusters
Live from the registry, not from us. Every number below is read straight from nydus.zergs.net — and every cluster’s identity is signed and independently checkable.
The cards above are the actual registry contents — signed identities, real capabilities, real heartbeats — loaded automatically on every visit. This is a live, working network, currently small and growing. Sign-up is invite-first.
Verify it yourself
Don’t take our word for it — the proof is a public API. Fetch the directory, read a cluster’s signed manifest, check its public key against the JWKS, or audit the tamper-evident ledger:
# the whole directory, live
curl -s https://nydus.zergs.net/api/v1/clusters
# blue's signed identity + live status (any cluster id works)
curl -s https://nydus.zergs.net/api/v1/cluster/NZANFOB55B2X73YZJONZI4K5KU
# its public signing key (RFC 8037 JWK)
curl -s https://nydus.zergs.net/api/v1/cluster/NZANFOB55B2X73YZJONZI4K5KU/jwks
# the tamper-evident ledger
curl -s https://nydus.zergs.net/api/v1/ledger
Every response is verifiable: a cluster id is base32(blake3(ed25519_pubkey)[0:16]) — recompute it from the JWKS and it matches. Each ledger entry chains to the one before it via payload_hash ⇄ prev_hash.

Community never expires. Upgrading to publish or route is opt-in, prorated, and reversible — the network is a directory, not a subscription trap.
There is no Overmind
The Nydus Network exists to connect clusters, not to command them. Everything the network is not is just as important as what it is.
A directory, not a brain
The network knows what clusters offer, not what they think. No coordination, no orchestration, no central intelligence — peers talk directly.
Opt-in by design
Signing up, publishing, and routing are three separate switches. Nothing is shared, advertised, or exposed until you flip it.
Air-gap exempt
Clusters that never touch the network are fully functional clusters. The Nydus is an add-on, never a requirement.
No phone-home
Your cluster talks to the network only when you tell it to. No telemetry, no heartbeat beyond the identity you publish, no silent traffic.
